We discuss that upcoming workshop and the fun plans Alanna has for her time in NY, the extreme heat of our 'recording studio,' our terrible turtle, some Australia updates,  get our friend Sarah in a little trouble, the Dalai Lama's upcoming visit, the Colorado Yoga Journal Conference, and finish up by complaining again about how hot it is.
