This podcast is from late on the evening of Wednesday, June 14 2006. Recorded just before Alanna left for New York to attend a workshop led by Sharon Gannon, David Life and Michael Franti. We discuss that upcoming workshop and the fun plans Alanna has for her time in NY, the extreme heat of our 'recording studio,' our terrible turtle, some Australia updates,  get our friend Sarah in a little trouble, the Dalai Lama's upcoming visit, the Colorado Yoga Journal Conference, and finish up by complaining again about how hot it is.

This was a follow up to the podcast we recorded in the mountains. At the time, it was only a few days after we had released episode 4, but, alas, it's now a couple of weeks later and I'm just now getting it posted (K). We talk about the Get Motivated Seminar, cleaning house and just getting rid of 'stuff,' Alanna's big news about her JivaDiva Yoga Jams podcast, and her trip to Minneapolis.
